Tomorrow is real!
After months of searching and researching, I close on my property tomorrow! I have alluded to the process, but I will delve into picking my land a bit more today. It has been a whole lot more involved than I ever dreamed. I have literally been keeping my eyes open for land for years, but have not felt ready to leap until recently. I had a pretty good idea of where I wanted to be (close to where I am, not any farther away from work, and in a place convenient to shopping,entertainment, etc, but far enough out that I felt I was in the country). I had also been comparing prices, etc and so I knew a good price when I saw it. I thought I knew what I needed to know, but I had tons left to learn and I am still learning. The first piece of property I saw looked good, and I thought out of the available properties I had seen, it could definitely be made to work. After all, land is not getting more available.
